furnished units

Some clients require temporary or short-term furnished units, either as an interim step before moving into permanent accommodation or as an alternative to months of hotel living. For such cases, we locate smaller, furnished units or organize rental furnishings for larger, unfurnished units.

As an example: for stays of four months or longer, a modern unit newly furnished down to the tableware and linens -- including search, rent, weekly cleaning, and insurance -- costs less than a standard local hotel room with the normal per diem over the same time period.
