We begin to define housing needs by asking our clients to fill in a general information sheet. From this criteria we proceed to:
- initial research
- list of potential units
- visits to selected units
The criteria is often refined. This process allows the client a chance to better understand the local market at a given time and to determine how to match his needs to availability.
